FOXX FISCAL SOLUTIONS

Foxx Fiscal Solutions, founded in 2023 by Doug Foxx, is a start-up general accounting and bookkeeping firm dedicated to helping small and medium sized businesses, individuals, and couples gain control over their finances.  Foxx Fiscal Solutions also offers personal and business financial coaching, payroll services, and tax preparation and filing services. Doug Foxx works with clients to establish work flows that help them manage their business and personal finances to clearly understand their assets, budgets, revenue, expenses, current and projected future balances, payroll and tax liabilities, and much more.  Foxx enjoys helping clients de-mystify and make sense of their personal and business finances.

While Foxx Fiscal Solutions was just recently formed in 2023, Foxx has worked with personal, business, and non-profit funds for more than 20 years helping to ensure that individuals and organizations remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and has provided financial analysis and reports for management, boards, and committees to help identify trends and issues affecting the soundness of business and non-profit funds throughout his career.

Foxx has served in the following professional positions throughout his career:

• 2023 - Present: Fiscal Officer, Financial Operations Specialist - Senior Analyst for The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences Department of Animal Sciences.

• 2013 - 2023: Extension Educator, 4-H Youth Development for The Ohio State University Extension and Superintendent of the Wayne County Junior Fair.

• 2006 - 2013: Director of Political Education, Ohio Farm Bureau Federation

• 2003 - 2006: Organization Director, Ohio Farm Bureau Federation serving Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.

Doug Foxx earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Bluffton University in 2006 and his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree from The Ohio State University in 2003.  Throughout his collegiate studies Foxx completed coursework in Accounting, Business Ethics, Communications, Human Resources, Leadership, Management, Marketing, and other subjects that helped him develop his skills and passion for helping small business owners and individuals / couples better understand their finances.

Doug, his wife Katie, and sons Carter and Oliver live on a family farm near Shreve, Ohio.  They are active partner members of New Hope Church - Wooster, Ohio.
